About the event
This Introduction to Pickleball provides beginner-focused, 2-hours sessions. We’ll cover the fundamentals – how to hold a paddle, game scoring, and essential shots including: serving, ground strokes, volleys, and dinking. Our goal is to make you aware of the basics of the sport and give you some time to try them out. A Certified Pickleball Instructor and additional volunteers from the Hillendale Pickleball Club will teach the basic rules and skills to help get you started! Sign up for one or all 6 sessions. Ages: 13+.
This offering is being put on in partnership with the Oregon City Parks and Recreation Department.
